What learners say

Claims and deductions is where the money is lost and where clients need the most help. Treating it as a full module and project is exactly right.

Kavita R., SAP TPM Consultant

The post-promotion effectiveness module changed how we evaluate promotions. We were measuring the wrong baseline.

Tom W., Trade Marketing Manager

Trade funds and accrual true-up were completely new to me. Now I can hold a credible conversation with sales finance.

Bhaskar N., SAP SD Consultant

Frequently asked questions

Is there a TPM certification?

No current dedicated associate exam. We prepare you against SAP's trade management learning content and map to the S/4HANA Sales credential, rather than citing something retired.

Which SAP products does this cover?

We teach the trade promotion process and the SAP capabilities used to run it, including condition contract settlement and rebate agreements in S/4HANA, plus the CRM-based TPM model still live at many clients.

Do I need SD knowledge?

Yes. Promotions execute through pricing and sales documents, and settlement touches receivables, so SD understanding is important.

How does this relate to Vistex?

Many consumer goods companies run Vistex for trade and rebate management. We cover the standard SAP capabilities here and our Vistex course covers that solution specifically.

Is this only for FMCG?

Predominantly, plus any business with significant retailer trade spend or channel rebates. It is a commercially focused specialisation.

Is there hands-on access?

Yes, for funds, promotion planning, pricing, claims and settlement across all three projects.
