What learners say

Assortment and listing is where retail projects live or die. Being made to trace a failed listing check taught me more than any slide could.

Aditya S., SAP Retail Consultant

Sales price calculation with price points finally made sense. We had been fighting rounding rules for a year.

Rachel T., Merchandise Systems Manager

Article master versus material master is a bigger jump than people expect. This course took it seriously.

Sandeep J., SAP MM Consultant

Frequently asked questions

Is there a retail certification?

No current dedicated associate exam for S/4HANA Retail. We prepare you against SAP's retail learning content; most retail consultants hold the Sourcing and Procurement or Sales associate credential.

Do I need MM or SD experience?

It helps a lot. Retail extends procurement and sales with its own master data and processes, so the base knowledge accelerates you.

How does this relate to the Fashion course?

Fashion adds grids, seasons, allocation and segmentation on top of retail concepts. If you are in apparel, take Fashion; for grocery, DIY or general retail, take this one.

Does this cover Customer Activity Repository or retail planning?

At overview level. CAR, unified demand forecast and assortment planning are separate solutions, and we explain where they sit relative to core merchandise management.

Is POS integration covered properly?

Yes, both outbound master data and inbound sales, because POS errors are one of the most common live issues in retail SAP.

Is there hands-on access?

Yes, for article and site master data, assortments, pricing, promotions, replenishment and POS across all three projects.
