What learners say

The type system and ImpEx modules are the foundation and they were taught properly. Everything else made sense afterwards.

Rahul S., SAP Commerce Developer

Composable storefront customisation without breaking upgradeability was exactly what I needed. Good Angular coverage.

Clara N., Front-end Developer

B2B unit hierarchies and approval flows are rarely covered anywhere. That module alone won me a client conversation.

Vinod T., Commerce Architect

Development
Extending a storefront component or a back-end service against a functional specification.
Data work
ImpEx scripts for catalog or configuration changes, tested in a lower environment first.
Integration checks
Confirming orders reached S/4HANA and that pricing and availability calls are performing.
Deployment

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Java?

For the back-end modules, yes, Java is strongly recommended. The composable storefront work is Angular and TypeScript. Business-focused learners can still get value from catalog, promotion and Backoffice modules.

Composable storefront or Accelerator?

The composable storefront is the current direction and the focus of this course. We cover Accelerator awareness because many live sites still run on it.

Is this the same as SAP Commerce on-premise?

The platform is largely the same; CCv2 is the public cloud delivery with its own build, deployment and operations model, which we cover explicitly.

How does it integrate with S/4HANA?

Through integration APIs for orders, pricing and availability, commonly with Integration Suite in between. There is a dedicated module on it.

Which certification does this map to?

The SAP Certified Associate Implementation Consultant exam for SAP Commerce Cloud. Confirm the current code before booking.

Is there environment access?

Yes, a practice environment for catalog, promotion, storefront and B2B exercises.
