What learners say

The service ticket, SLA and routing sessions are the core of most projects and they were taught in detail rather than skimmed.

I came from SAP CRM. The mapping of old concepts to the cloud model saved me months of confusion.

Frequently asked questions

Is SAP CX the replacement for SAP CRM?

For new projects, effectively yes. On-premise SAP CRM is legacy and customers moving to S/4HANA typically adopt cloud CX for the front office. We cover the conceptual mapping for CRM consultants.

Does this cover Commerce Cloud or Marketing?

Only at an overview level. Sales Cloud and Service Cloud are the focus because that is where most implementation demand sits. Our Commerce Cloud course covers the storefront side.

Do I need SD knowledge?

Not required, but useful, since quotes and orders flow into S/4HANA. We cover the integration points.

How much of this is configuration versus development?

Mostly configuration: scoping, layouts, rules and workflows. Cloud Applications Studio development exists but is covered at overview level only.

Which certification does this map to?

The SAP Certified Associate Implementation Consultant exam for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Confirm the current code before booking.

Is there tenant access?

Yes, a practice tenant for configuration and all three projects.
