Refund Policy
We want you to have a fair, transparent experience when you find, evaluate and buy our courses.
When you buy a course from IT Canvass, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the refund policy below.
Self-paced learning
- Once a self-paced course is purchased, the fee is non-refundable and refund requests will not be accepted.
Instructor-led training
- Refund requests are accepted within 3 days of purchase, no questions asked.
- After the 3rd day, refunds are not provided. If you face an issue, we will assign a new trainer or move you to another batch as appropriate.
- If you choose to postpone or cancel the course yourself, no refund is provided.
Double or extra payments
In case of a double or extra payment, we guarantee a refund of the extra amount within 7-10 working days.
If we cancel or cannot form a batch
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to trainer unavailability, insufficient enrolments or events beyond our control.
- If we cannot form a batch within 1-2 weeks of your enrolment, we guarantee a refund.
- If we cancel a course, we guarantee a refund within 7-10 working days.
After sessions begin
Once sessions have commenced, no refund is provided if you do not attend.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
