The course maps to the Professional AI Implementer exam and finishes with an IT Canvass certificate plus a certification roadmap. The ServiceNow AI certification exams are delivered through ServiceNow University; check current pricing on Now Learning. IT Canvass does not issue the official ServiceNow credential.
