Neelima has spent more than twelve years designing and delivering ServiceNow platforms for enterprises. His hands-on work spans ITSM, ITOM, CSM and custom application development on the Now Platform, from first CMDB discovery and service mapping through incident, problem and change workflows, catalog design and large integrations.

He has led implementations in banking, telecom and manufacturing where a clean CMDB, disciplined update-set promotion and well-scoped applications decide whether a platform scales or stalls.
