SAP Keyboard shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts in SAP GUI let you perform common actions, save, back, enter, function keys, without reaching for the mouse. For heavy data entry and configuration, they dramatically speed up work.
The SAP keys worth learning: Enter confirms the screen, F3 goes back, Shift+F3 exits, Ctrl+S or F11 saves, F8 executes, F1 explains a field and F4 lists its valid values. F1 and F4: learn while you work
Beyond speed, F1 (field help) explains what a field is and F4 (value help) shows valid entries. Using them habitually is one of the best ways to learn SAP screens as you go.
