SAP Favorites
Favourites in SAP let each user pin the transactions, reports and even web links they use most, for instant access. It is one of the simplest personalisation features and a genuine daily time-saver.
SAP favourites pin transaction codes, reports, folders and even web addresses to the top of your Easy Access menu so the handful of transactions you run dozens of times a day are one click away. They are personal and sit on top of whatever menu you have; they change convenience only, never authorisations, so a favourite cannot grant access.

How to use them
From the SAP Easy Access screen you add the current or any transaction to your Favourites, optionally organising them into folders. Thereafter your key transactions are one click away at the top of your menu, no code typing or menu drilling.

For a consultant or power user who runs the same handful of transactions dozens of times a day, favourites remove constant friction. Combined with knowing the codes and using multiple sessions, they make SAP navigation fast and comfortable.
Favourites and roles
Favourites are personal, layered on top of whatever menu (standard or role-based) you have. They do not change your authorizations, only your convenience.
