SAP navigation
Navigating SAP efficiently is a foundational skill: knowing how to move around the system, launch functions and find what you need turns a bewildering interface into a productive tool. SAP offers two main front-ends, the classic SAP GUI and the modern Fiori launchpad.
SAP has two front-ends: SAP GUI, the desktop interface with a transaction-code-driven menu tree still used for configuration, and Fiori, the role-based web experience of tiles and apps. The fastest route through the GUI is a transaction code such as VA01 in the command field, with favourites, history and parallel sessions around it.

Transaction codes (TCodes)
The fastest way to navigate SAP GUI is by transaction code, a short code (like VA01 to create a sales order) typed into the command field. Learning the common TCodes for your area is one of the biggest productivity boosts, which is why this course has a dedicated TCodes module.
Why it matters
Comfortable navigation is the difference between fumbling and flowing. Invest early in learning TCodes, favorites and sessions; the detailed navigation module covers each in depth.
Common pitfalls
