SAP RE-FX
SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) manages real estate and property, contracts, leases, buildings and land, with the financial postings (rent, service charges) integrated into finance and controlling.
RE-FX is SAP's real-estate module. It holds the property portfolio as objects such as buildings, land and rental units, manages leases as landlord and as tenant, posts rent and service-charge settlements periodically, and covers space management. It integrates with FI for the postings and CO for controlling, and suits organisations with large property portfolios.
