Neelima has spent more than twelve years building and running enterprise identity programmes. Her hands-on work spans SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud, from first aggregation through role modelling, certification campaigns and large-scale provisioning across Active Directory, Workday, SAP and dozens of cloud applications.

She has led governance rollouts in finance, healthcare and retail, where separation-of-duties, audit readiness and clean joiner, mover and leaver automation are non-negotiable. That production experience shapes every lesson in this course: the goal is to teach what actually holds up in a real environment, not just what passes a demo.
