PRTG - Servicenow Connector not receiving Events

Hello,

anyone can help me with below issue,

I am connecting to the PRTG Network Monitoring tool with ServiceNow. The connection was successful, even i didn't receive any events in ServiceNow.

The service account has read-write access in PRTG.

After the connection has been made, do we need to configure anything?

Did you get this resolved? We are having the same issue. The connection between ServiceNow and PRTG breaks every time we upgrade PRTG.
